FEBRUARY 12-2004 - SPEECH

On February 12, 2004, the association of experts into ethics of

Canada , Quebec section, held its second dinner conference in the Paul Rainville room at the national Museum of Fine Arts in Quebec city.

More than 55 participants attended the Conference to hear the Guest Speaker, Deputy Minister of Education, Mr Pierre Lucier's speech, "Ethics & Management: Where are we at."

OSC PROPOSALS

Here is EPAC's Response to the Ontario Securities Commission Proposals on Effective Corporate Governance: EPAC RESPONSE to OSC.  Your Board felt it important to take a position on the OSC's proposals, which will have an impact on every corporation participating in the capital market. A number of other organizations active in the ethics field will also be responding to the OSC proposals.
