Customized Management Training Programs
It is the aim of the CMD to develop training programs to help practicing and aspiring managers increase their skills and efficiencies. We will work with a client to help determine their needs and then develop and deliver a specialized program, which meets these needs. We provide facilitators of the highest quality, locally procured and otherwise, so that employers can access world-class training initiatives and develop as global competitors and employers. Programs can include communications, human resources, labour relations, marketing, accounting and finance, leadership development, team building, strategic planning, project management and report writing as well as other programs of business interest.

Public Sector Leadership and Management Development Program

The CMD has recently introduced the Public Sector Leadership and Management Development Program, the first leadership program of its kind targeted at both federal and provincial government employees. The new program has been developed in cooperation with both levels of government and will address the learning needs of leaders and managers within both the federal and provincial governments. The Public Sector Leadership and Management Development Program will give leaders and managers an opportunity to develop competencies to build a professional public service for the future. The sharing of ideas and experiences will ensure benefits to both levels of government as well as provide a forum for professional exchange and learning.
